ORDERS (SUBMITTING, CHANGING, CANCELLATION)

ORDER SUBMISSION: All Sassy Kid Blanks.com orders must be placed on our website. We do not accept fax, phone or email orders. Once an order is placed additional items CANNOT be added and you must place an additional order for any items you did not order with your current processing order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Once an order is submitted it goes directly into processing and CANNOT be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing and submitting the order.

ORDER PROCESSING: Orders are processed and shipped in the order they were received. Our normal processing and shipping time is 1-2 business days from the day you order in-stock items. An order may be placed as a pre-order to reserve your items if Sassy Kid is currently awaiting the arrival of our bulk stock. Please be aware all pre-orders will ship out upon arrival and inspection of the inventory – keeping in mind you may experience a minor delay in processing and shipping of 2-3 business days for your order during this process.

RUSH ORDERS: If you need an order to process immediately, please email us at info@sassykidblanks.com with your order number before noon eastern standard time and the order will be reviewed and processed the same day. If Sassy Kid cannot accommodate your request, you will be notified immediately. Rush orders are subject to a $25 rush fee + any additional rush shipping charges.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Upon receiving your shipment, it is important that you inspect ALL items in your order for any possible defects. While we screen all outgoing items for any defects, occasionally a factory defect we can't see might make it into a shipment. Our apologies if one did! Please contact us immediately if after inspection you find a defect (with photo of defect included in your email) for approval. Upon approval, SKB will issue a return number. We will not issue any replacements without a return number. We will send a replacement for any defective items reported to us within 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. Defects reported AFTER 7 BUSINESS DAYS will not be issued replacements.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds, but we will do exchanges or store credits. We accept exchanges on defective items WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of order. For an exchange to take place, the returned defective item MUST contain original packaging, Sassy Kid Blanks original tags and cannot be washed or altered in anyway. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WASHED OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR AN EXCHANGE. Once approved, SKB will replace the defective item or issue a voucher store credit that is valid for 1 year from the date purchased.
